  • 摘要(中)後疫情時代,全球旅遊產業漸漸復甦,大眾變得更依賴網路平台管道來得知旅遊資訊和購買相關商品,因此平台上的 銷資訊是否能吸引到使用者是一大重點,此外,現行的旅遊相關 App 以「安排行程」、「購買」和「傳遞訊息」三種不同功能導向區分開來,能完整將安排和購買兩功能合而為一的 App 佔極少數且功能未成熟,也凸顯出「安排行程」+「購買」這種一條龍式服務的需求。
    本研究目的為探討手機旅遊 App 中行程修改時所遇到的問題以及操作需求,實驗將分為兩階段,第一階段現況分析透過實驗和問卷調查分析目前 App 的操作程序。第二階段概念模型評估以整合第一階段所有受試者的意見後並提出一套修改後的概念 App,請受試者測試並評價易用性給予反饋。
    第一階段實驗篩選市面上常見的安排行程型旅遊 App,以 Funliday+Klook App 的模式請受試者依情境指示進行操作,實驗完成後填寫問卷。實驗結果整理後發現,引導流程可以加速使用者更快地進入流程,而現有模式提供了詳細完整的旅遊資訊,Klook 的頁面整潔乾淨,Funliday 能與旅伴共同討論旅遊計畫。不過,上述的操作模式較複雜,功能解釋也相當模糊,兩款 App 系統也未整合,且 Funliday 單一頁面資訊量過多,進而導致想呈現的重點資訊未能吸引到使用者注意。以上結果也證實現有模式有需要改善的地方。
    根據上述方向,第二階段實驗將設計概念 App 之介面設計,整合行程規畫和產品預訂兩項主功能,以提供更完整的使用體驗。操作畫面呈現以時間軸和地圖兩種模式相互搭配,避免單一頁面資訊量過多的問題。同時也注重設計直觀易懂的操作,並保留現有模式的優點,也在討論功能中新增投票及資訊提議人呈現功能。在 App 設計完成後,受試者按情境指示進行操作,並提供評價和反饋。根據反饋,得出以下四個結論和建議,首先,時間軸和地圖兩種模式的交互使用,能夠滿足使用者安排、購買等主要層面的需求。其次,討論功能中所新增的功能有助於加速行程安排。此外,在化繁為簡的頁面中,使用者容易被色彩鮮豔、尺寸大、具動態感的資訊給吸引到,像是各詳細資訊的圖片、影片及具色彩的文字及圖示等。最後,資訊呈現內容言簡意賅,新增、刪除行程等各頁面之間串聯順暢都能讓使用者更容易上手。
    本實驗結果希望能提供見解及建議給未來設計師及相關產業參考。
    摘要(英)In the post-pandemic era, the global tourism industry is gradually recovering, and people have become increasingly reliant on online platforms to obtain travel information and purchase related products. As a result, whether the marketing information on these platforms can attract users has become a critical focus. Furthermore, current travel-related apps are typically divided into three function-oriented categories: "itinerary planning," "purchasing," and "communication." Very few apps fully integrate both the planning and purchasing functions, and those that do have underdeveloped features, highlighting the demand for an all-in-one service that combines itinerary planning and purchasing.
    The purpose of this study is to explore the problems encountered and operational needs when modifying itineraries within mobile travel apps. The experiment will be divided into two phases. The first phase involves a current state analysis through experiments and questionnaire surveys to analyze the operational procedures of existing apps. The second phase involves evaluating a conceptual model by integrating all participants' feedback from the first phase and proposing a modified conceptual app, which participants will then test and evaluate for usability.
    In the first phase, the experiment will screen commonly used itinerary-planning travel apps. Participants will operate the apps according to situational instructions, using a combination of the Funliday and Klook apps. After completing the experiment, they will fill out a questionnaire. The results show that guided processes can accelerate users' entry into the workflow, and the existing models provide detailed and comprehensive travel information. Klook's interface is clean and tidy, while Funliday allows for collaborative travel planning with companions. However, these operational modes are relatively complex, and the explanations of features are quite vague. The systems of the two apps are not integrated, and Funliday’s single-page format presents an overwhelming amount of information, which detracts from the key information intended to attract users' attention. These results confirm that there are areas in the current models that need improvement.
    Based on these findings, the second phase of the experiment will involve designing the interface of a conceptual app that integrates the two main functions of itinerary planning and product booking to provide a more complete user experience. The interface will present information using both timeline and map modes to avoid the issue of information overload on a single page. The design will emphasize intuitive and easy to-understand operations while retaining the advantages of the existing models. Additionally, new features will be added to the discussion function, such as voting and displaying the person proposing the information. After the app design is completed, participants will perform operations according to situational instructions and provide evaluations and feedback. Based on this feedback, four conclusions and recommendations were drawn: first, the interactive use of timeline and map modes can meet users' primary needs for planning and purchasing. Second, the new features added to the discussion function help expedite itinerary planning. Third, in a simplified interface, users are easily attracted to colorful, large-sized, and dynamic information, such as detailed pictures, videos, and colorful text and icons. Lastly, concise content presentation and smooth transitions between pages, such as adding or deleting itineraries, make the app easier for users to navigate.
    The results of this experiment aim to provide insights and recommendations for future designers and relevant industries.
